You can take a break at any time and we will always be your number 1 supporter.

  • WHAT DO I BRING FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

We ask you arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so your instructor can introduce you to the space and explain how the reformer works. Wear something stretchy and comfortable, grip socks or normal socks for hygiene purposes. Preferably grip socks for safety reasons ( you can purchase at the studio). Bring a drink bottle. Towels are recommended but not required.

  • HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH PILATES?

There is no such thing as too much pilates!

Buuuut, If you’re new to Pilates (or had some time off from a movement practice) we suggest 2-3 classes a week. This will allow you a couple of days in between for any muscle soreness to subside before your next workout.

Then once you’re obsessed like we are, you can increase to as many sessions a week as you like!

  • CAN I BRING MY BABY?

BABYLATES is the class for you and your baby.
