+ What you can expect: A full body workout focusing on strength and conditioning with the right amount of cardio to spice it up. We will layer the exercises and you decide how far you want to go !
Dynamic

+ What you can expect: The perfect class to stretch and recover your muscles after a long week! Wind down with slow stretches and a guided meditation at the end of the class.
Stretch & Flow
These sessions are perfect if it’s your first time doing Pilates and you need it to be on your own pace or maybe you just want the whole class for you and your friends.
We also offer Corporate Private Sessions and would love to work with your business.
